1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines how clients may use our services and systems.

It exists to:
✔ Protect Gaggo Ltd
✔ Protect clients
✔ Maintain service quality
✔ Prevent abuse
✔ Comply with UK law

This applies to all clients using our managed IT services.


2. Prohibited Activities

Clients must NOT use our services for:

a) Illegal Activities

Including but not limited to:
• Fraud
• Hacking
• Malware distribution
• Data theft
• Copyright infringement
• Harassment
• Scams


b) Pirated or Cracked Software

We do NOT support:

• Pirated software
• Cracked software
• Unlicensed systems

If such software is detected:
✔ Support may be suspended
✔ Client must legalise systems
✔ We accept no liability


c) Security Bypass

Clients must NOT:

• Disable security tools
• Bypass firewalls
• Remove monitoring agents
• Share admin credentials
• Install unsafe software


d) Abuse of Support

Clients must NOT:

• Falsely mark tickets as critical
• Harass staff
• Use abusive language
• Make unreasonable demands


3. System Safety Requirements

Clients must:

✔ Keep systems updated
✔ Use supported operating systems
✔ Maintain valid licences
✔ Follow security recommendations

Failure to comply may reduce support quality.


4. Data Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Their data
• Legal compliance
• User behaviour
• Content legality

We do not monitor client content.


5. Monitoring

We may monitor systems for:

• Security
• Performance
• Reliability

We do NOT spy on personal content.


6. Violations

If this policy is violated, we may:

• Suspend service
• Restrict support
• Terminate contract
• Report illegal activity

Without refund.

We may update this policy at any time.
