REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Scope

This policy applies to all business clients using Gaggo Ltd services.

We provide business-to-business (B2B) services only. Consumer rights for personal use do not apply.


2. Monthly Services

All managed IT services are billed on a monthly rolling basis unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.


3. Refunds

Due to the nature of IT services, we do not offer refunds for:

• Time already spent
• Work already performed
• Active support periods
• Licences already issued
• Setup or onboarding work

Once a service period has started, it is non-refundable.


4. Setup & One-Off Work

Setup fees, onboarding fees, audits, and one-off projects are non-refundable once started.


5. Late Cancellations

If cancellation notice is given less than 30 days before the next billing cycle:

• The next month may still be charged
• Support continues until the end of the paid period


6. Suspension for Non-Payment

If invoices remain unpaid:

• Support may be suspended
• Access may be restricted
• Data may be locked
• Recovery fees may apply


7. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of invoice date.


8. Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks will result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Administrative fees
• Possible contract termination


9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

✔ We failed to provide any service
✔ There is clear error on our part

At our sole discretion.


10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time.
